Strawberry Cake
This strawberry cake is awesome in every way: simple ingredients, super easy to make, takes very little time to prepare and it is soo delicious and beautiful! Everything about this cake is just perfect. Only one downside though– it disappears very fast! I am warning you! Keep an eye on it or somebody from your house will snatch it from you. Talking from personal experience…
The other day, when we went shopping, I couldn’t help but notice that there are strawberries in the local grocery shop. I am telling you guys, they were staring at me. I am not lying to you, I swear. And I did buy two boxes of strawberries. Yes, not one but two. Can you blame me? I have always liked strawberries but lately, I am truly obsessed with them. Just look at them… how could you not buy them
This time it didn’t take me too much time to decide what to do with them – a strawberry cake is always a good idea. No, actually it is not a good idea.. it’s an excellent idea. You can never regret a strawberry cake. Never.
Just a few tips that I’d like to share with you:
Bеfore baking this amazing Strawberry Cake, you have to prepare the pan you will be using. If you pour the batter into a pan that is not prepared, you won’t be able to take the cake out. I use a very simple technique – before pouring the batter, I rub a stick of butter around the inside of the pan until it is completely coated and then sprinkle flour around the sides and the bottom of the pan.

This recipe is our favorite spring cake so far. Or maybe it’s a tie with this paleo brownie cake that we made a couple of weeks ago. George prefers the chocolate cake but I’m more of a strawberry fan so I pick the strawberry cake instead.
