Gluten-Free Bread
Hi everyone! I know it has been a while since I last shared a post with you, but I had to deal with some personal stuff (nothing too serious) that kept me away from the blog. I will of course talk about that at some point but now I am really excited to share with you a super healthy and delicious recipe that I tested a few days ago while prepping for the holidays – Gluten-Free Bread or more like gluten-free buns. Call it whatever you like but one thing is for sure – you will simply love it! Yes, yes, yes – it’s guilt-free, super easy to prepare, done in no time and absolutely kids approved. You need 7 ingredients that are easy to find, super simple, and affordable.
If you are on a gluten-free diet, I can assure you, this will become your favorite bread substitute. As you already know, thеrе аrе a number of оf health benefits оf the gluten-free bread. Mаnу of us аrе sensitive tо wheat protein but hey – we ѕtill wаnt tо have some bread from time to time. And that gluten-free bread is the real deal. Pinky promise!

I’ve been working on a reliable gluten-free bread recipe in the past few weeks – and this one is finally at a stage where it tastes, smells, looks, and feels like a regular bread but most importantly – it’s guilt-free, people! Guilt-free!
The list of ingredients? Well, the list of the ingredients is actually surprisingly short:
- gluten-free rice flour
- gluten-free baking soda
- 1 egg
- salt (adds flavor)
- apple cider vinegar
- yogurt
- sesame or other seeds
