Easy Apple Cinnamon Bars

When I was little, my mom used to bake mostly apple desserts as they were affordable and easy to make – these Easy Apple Cinnamon Bars were one of them. I made a few changes over the years and now this one of my favorite apple desserts. It’s cozy, delightful and simply irresistible. It reminds me of childhood and that’s always a good thing. ♡

The only sad thing is that back then I wasn’t allowed to eat as much as I wanted to because of the sugar but guess what… these times are over and I can freely enjoy these bars! I must admit though that you will probably need someone to help you with the eating part and this is just the perfect “excuse” to invite some friends over and have a party.

This apple dessert is perfect for feeding a crowd. You may even prepare it a day before and the bars are still going to be awesome. Just try to leave some for your guests so they can enjoy them as well. And yes…I know that Joey doesn’t share food, but this is an exception.

There is always room for more dessert, and nobody can resist these Easy Apple Cinnamon Bars. I am sure it will be a pleasant surprise for the party! They are soft, almost doughy, and the texture reminds of a fudge brownie. Moist and sweet … I am sure you’ll fall in love with it. Enjoy and don’t forget to share!
